Also, he knows that mindset plays an indispensable role in the road of every business person. If an entrepreneur does not have the correct mindset, they cannot expect to be successful, it is crucial for them to build their internal frame of mind and align it with their goals. “Starting a business comes with a lot of challenges and there are some that are difficult to overcome. If you really want to become an entrepreneur, be prepared for the hurdles. One of the biggest challenges is making a decision, it is the most stressful challenge because you are forced to make hundreds of decisions a day”, Aleksejs advises.
Alek considers that his biggest success has been being able to obtain experience in ecommerce in different markets and on different platforms, that’s why he is always open to sharing his extensive experience in the industry to help others succeed too.
