How Alessia Pizarro Transformed Her Life Through Fitness—and Aims to Inspire Others

Alessia Pizarro is the dynamic and energetic woman from Mexico behind a successful fitness business offering personalized training plans and a line of women’s fitness apparel. She also is about to start working for TV Azteca as a weatherwoman.

My business is all about fitness. I offer customized and semi-customized workout plans for both the gym and home, along with women’s sportswear,” Alessia shares.

For Alessia, everything started when she was young. She has been passionate about sports since she was a child. Her enthusiasm led her to find her calling in the world of sports and fitness.

I’ve loved sports since I was three, I started with swimming lessons and, over the years, I got into tennis, golf, soccer, and cheerleading.” Alessia recalls.

However, during college, Alessia’s priorities shifted. She wasn’t as active in sports and found herself channeling her energy into nightlife. This lifestyle, coupled with poor eating habits, took a toll on her health, prompting her to reassess her choices.

I was going out partying all the time, staying up late dancing, and drinking heavily. I barely ate, and when I did, it was junk food. My body changed—my face was swollen, and I felt terrible. I honestly don’t know how I didn’t end up with severe health issues given my diet and lifestyle,” Alessia admits

At 21, Alessia’s life took a positive turn when she discovered CrossFit. This new passion not only transformed her physical health but also her mindset. With the guidance of nutritionists, she began to develop structured routines that improved her well-being.

I started experimenting with workout routines and diets based on my research. I began to see changes and closely monitored my body to ensure everything was on track. I created routines both at the gym and at home, but I always collaborated with certified nutritionists for food plans. I wanted to offer something reliable and of high quality,” Alessia explains.

As Alessia’s dedication grew, so did her influence. People started approaching her for advice, eager to learn how she had achieved such positive results. She decided to create challenges that would motivate and guide others on their fitness journeys.

People began reaching out to me for advice or just to chat about fitness. I loved it from the start. I gave away routines to test them out on others, and luckily, they were a success, I launched the #BootyChallenge for both home and gym workouts, partnering with nutritionists to provide quality meal plans. It’s become a supportive community of women with shared goals—an ongoing cycle of motivation.” Alessia says.

Alessia’s philosophy is simple: believe in your dreams and don’t let anyone hold you back. She encourages others to pursue their passions and build the life they want.

Everything is possible if you believe in yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something, and more importantly, never tell yourself that. Because you absolutely can!” Alessia comments.
