Currently, Kelly Bagla, Esq., the CEO of Bagla Law Firm and winner of California’s Attorney of The Year, serves as Sophia’s business attorney. According to Sophia, having Kelly on her team, especially when representing her clients, has proven to be a game-changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her responsibilities at HBM Talent, Sophia serves as the Co-Founder and President of the International Cannabis Consulting Business Women’s Association (ICBWA)<\/a>, a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles. The organization is committed to empowering female entrepreneurs in the health-focused cannabis sector and ensuring they attain valuable, equitable, and influential positions in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For her upcoming projects, Sophia<\/a> includes expanding opportunities for consulting at HBM Talent & Management<\/a> and organizing more events for the International Cannabis Consulting Business Women’s Association (ICBWA)<\/a>.
