Grace Arzuza<\/a> is a Colombian model, cosmetologist, entrepreneur, and fitness influencer from Barranquilla. She has graced magazine covers and competed in numerous beauty pageants. Today, she\u2019s a leading figure in the health and fitness world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But today, Grace<\/a> isn\u2019t just a model. She\u2019s the owner of a health and fitness products store, a sports supplement line, and her own girdle brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I run two businesses\u2014Grace Arzuza Body Shape, which makes and sells girdles, and <\/strong>Grace Arzuza Happy Market<\/strong><\/a>, a health store<\/strong>,\u201d Grace shares. \u201cMy goal is to help others lead healthier lives, which requires effort and discipline<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 642K social media followers, Grace<\/a> actively promotes fitness and healthy living. Years before launching her health store, she started her girdle brand, building on her previous experience as the face of several girdle companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMany people knew me for my work with girdle brands, so I decided to create my own. Later, I expanded into health and fitness products because I saw more and more people recognizing the importance of healthy eating<\/strong>,\u201d Grace explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout history, women have made strides in various fields, achieving equality in politics, business, entertainment, and the beauty industry. Grace is one example of those women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her journey started when she was very young. Back then, Grace was inspired by her parents, Carlos Arzuza Arzuza and Vilma Mendoza Ramos, who always gave her support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen I was 12, I won my first beauty contest. I then earned several titles in my teenage years. At 16, I moved to Bogot\u00e1 to participate in the Miss World Colombia pageant, and I decided to settle there<\/strong>.\u201d Grace recounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some time, she studied presentation and production for radio and TV. She also now runs a brand for unisex clothes called GAD. In 2004, Grace<\/a> welcomed her first child, Juan David. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, Grace took a break from modeling to study cosmetology and esthetics. When she returned, she brought with her a more mature perspective and a new direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through her business ventures, Grace incorporates her life lessons. Moreover, she emphasizes the importance of mindset in business. \u201cMindset is all about strength and discipline. You need resilience to go from point A to point B<\/strong>,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, as a mother of two, Grace continues to grow her brand and work towards her goals. For her, success isn\u2019t about fame or wealth\u2014it\u2019s about achieving the focus and goals you set for yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, Grace<\/a> plans to continue expanding her brand and influence in the health and fitness industry. She stands out by creating original and authentic content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI want to produce unique and enjoyable content, staying true to my ideas. I aim to be a positive influence on people\u2019s health and wellness<\/strong>.\u201d Grace comments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
