YPF had manufactured the equipment through <strong>TechnipFMC<\/strong>, but by not commissioning the original supplier for the service, omissions occurred that led to the explosion,\u201d explained <strong>Gas Engineer Mar\u00eda Gabriela Zambrano<\/strong>, who was part of the technical investigation team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zambrano warned that the case should serve as a precedent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen tasks are delegated to contractors without full transfer of technical knowledge, the risk of serious failures increases.
