Yandy Morales is a mortgage entrepreneur and founder of OriginatePro. This successful company has dedicated years to affordable solutions for real estate professionals.

Despite being born in Cuba, Yandy came to the United States with his family just nine months after his birth to reunite with his father, who had fled to follow his dream of playing professional baseball.

Yandy shared this same dream for many years. However, after witnessing his family’s financial hardships following the 2008 market crash, Yandy realized the importance of monetary freedom, being very young.

“I thought that we were never going to have financial freedom ever again,” He mentions.

Growing up, he realized that professional baseball was not the only path, so he joined the college at Barry University, where he studied criminology. However, he soon realized he didn’t want to wait many years for financial freedom. He decided, then, to look for ways to make money online.

“I started my social media marketing agency and wanted to focus on it. At this point, I was going to seminars and buying online courses because I wanted to gain financial literacy and avoid the same mistakes that my parents did,” Yandy explains.

The pandemic hit and made Yandy reevaluate his dreams again. In search of new opportunities, he decided to start in the mortgage field and learned how to be a loan officer. During this time, he noticed inefficiencies in lead generation and management.

This realization inspired the creation of OriginatePro, a company launched by Yandy at just 22 years old. OriginatePro combines AI-driven tools and automated workflows to help mortgage officers soothe their operations.

“I was driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in the industry by creating tools that could alleviate these issues and empower mortgage professionals,” Yandy explains.

He believes the key to his success is having the right mindset because it shapes one’s approach to challenges, resilience while facing setbacks, and ability to persevere through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
