Mario Diaz is an incredible entrepreneur and organizer of the best Venezuelan events in the United States. He was born in Aragua, Venezuela, but immigrated to the USA 5 years ago. There he found incredible opportunities and a better future. Soon, he decided to start producing events to promote Venezuelan values, joy and culture.
“My biggest motivation to start this business was the Venezuelan community. Even when we are far away, we always continue to have the motivation and joy that characterizes us as Venezuelans. They were my inspiration and my engine”, Mario shares.
Mario wanted to leave the name of his country high, and that is what he has been doing for years! His events are characterized by their incredible quality, by the large number of people who attend and by the great enjoyment of all attendees.
He manages to stand out from other similar entrepreneurs for his amazing personality. More than earning money, he always seeks to make his community happy, especially Venezuelan people in The United States. Mario is an authentic, honest, hard-working and very happy person, which makes the public adore him!
But of course, not everything has been easy on his journey. Mario considers that the biggest challenge he has faced is to be able to capture the public, and later to be able to satisfy them with his events. Also, he had to deal with fear and uncertainty, two big obstacles he had to overcome in order to achieve all his dreams. The truth is that fear can hold us back from getting what we want. It can be incredibly limiting, and sometimes downright debilitating. Luckily, Mario learned to put excuses aside and overcome his fears, which is why he became the successful entrepreneur he is today!
“We were born to succeed and be bigger than we imagined. If you are looking to start your own business, my advice is to live your dreams and not your fears, and above all believe in yourself. Also, humility must always come first!”, Mario advises.
Mario understands the importance of mindset in every aspect of life. For him, having the right mindset is essential to succeed! A growth mindset is all about being open to learning and growing, no matter what your age or experience. Whether you’re a first-time business owner or a serial entrepreneur, you should be constantly looking for ways to improve yourself and become better than you are today. Of course, this self improvement process may involve making mistakes but you should always be focusing on that big picture, ready to build a clear path to business success, just like Mario did.
“For any business you must have focus, discipline and perseverance in order to achieve the objectives you want. That is also the only way to satisfy the community that supports you”, Mario adds.
Despite all the work that he has already done, Mario isn’t planning on slowing down any time soon. He details his next steps below:
“My priority is to expand my work and be able to take my events all over the United States, making my name very well known. I also want to produce international events!”
