Raul Monroy Zamarripa is quite an amazing Mexican businessman and entrepreneur. He has over a decade of experience dedicated to educating people about leadership, entrepreneurship and business. It all started during the covid-19 pandemic, when Raul wanted to help people to start a digital business in order to generate extra income.
“My business is based on three pillars: 1. Mindset, since we help people to grow their mindset to have different results, 2. Financial Education, so people can learn how to build wealth and 3. Fintech, we help people learn and understand all the benefits of new financial technologies”, Raul explains.
During the pandemic he was exploring different models and ways of doing business. He wanted his business to be digital, scalable and global. These 3 things motivated Raul to start in the digital business world and help people grow their mindset.
“One of the things I like most about my business is that we help grow the mindset of our partners. Usually in America Latina we are conditioned with a negative mindset and that is harmful to our life and results, since by not having a growth mindset we can’t reach our full potential”, Raul adds.
Years ago, Raul understood that with the right system and Internet anyone can build a global business in a short time, in a very organic and fun way, so today he is really excited about sharing this opportunity with the world. “I love to see how people break their limiting belief patterns, it is as if they were reborn and see that there are no obstacles to their growth, which positively impacts their life and that of their families.”
For Raul, it is very important to grow our mentality and our environment, because if we are always together with the same people and in the same places our minds and scope are reduced, as he explains below:
“It is vital to be always growing and expanding to be able to reach our maximum potential. The technology, the financial education and the development of a strong mindset allow people to evolve and succeed”, Raul details.
What makes him stand out from the crowd is his extensive experience and the vision he has of forming high-performance global teams, as well as his passion for eradicating limiting beliefs of people that do not allow them to reach their maximum potential.
“Our mindset controls everything, whether we can see it or not. Our beliefs, thoughts and ideas in the subconscious are what creates our reality!”, Raul shares.
“If you are looking to start a new business, dare, take the first step. If you have the dream of doing it it is because you can! Remember that things take time so do not give up, it’s only a matter of time! I also think it is very important to have a solid personal brand, since we are all a brand whether we like it or not!”, he also advises.
