The renowned Venezuelan comedian and voice impersonator David González, who has made a name for himself under the pseudonym @davidcomedia, receives one of the highest honors of his artistic career from the Congress of the United States of America, by making him part of the list of the 40 most influential Hispanics in the nation.
Within the framework of the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in the United States, a date that runs from September 15th to October 15th, the US Congress recognizes the work of Latinos who, with their talents, knowledge and non-profit initiatives, have had a positive impact on the nation. Every year, the government institution selects 40 of the Hispanics with the greatest positive influence on society, and among them, David Comedia stands out.
“Comedy is not just to make us laugh… it is a form of expression that helps us understand our society, analyze realities from different points of view and even leave a positive message” said David Comedia, who in addition to brightening the day of his most of 1.5 million followers on Instagram and all the people who attend his shows throughout the United States, he has been able to use his influence on social networks by creating the account @vamosaapoyarnos, a platform with more than 31.6K dedicated followers to provide recognition to brands made by Latinos in the United States, as well as tips and strategies that help strengthen their digital presence.
This year, the US Congress has been able to recognize the work of David Comedia in the Latino community, who along with 39 other elected officials will receive this coming September 29th the promised recognition before the US authorities in the city of Washington D.C.
